I bought the full game, but the levels are locked

Open Settings → Restore purchase while signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with.

I have a new phone. Do I keep the purchase?

Yes. Install Tirralee with the same Apple ID and tap Restore purchase. Progress is kept on each device separately.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I play?

Blow a bubble at a critter, then pop the bubble with a touch. Pop several bubbles at once for bigger treats, and hold jump to bounce on bubbles. On a keyboard: ← → to walk, ↑ to jump, X to blow a bubble, Esc to pause.

Can two people play?

Yes, on one computer: choose Play together on the title screen. Player 1 uses ← → ↑ and /, player 2 uses A D W and F.

Are there ads or subscriptions?

No. The first two levels are free, and the rest of the adventure is a single purchase.

The music is too loud or too quiet

Settings → Music and Sounds.

Откройте Настройки → «Восстановить покупку», войдя под тем Apple ID, с которого покупали.

У меня новый телефон. Покупка сохранится?

Да. Установите Tirralee под тем же Apple ID и нажмите «Восстановить покупку». Прогресс хранится на каждом устройстве отдельно.

Как вернуть деньги?

Возвраты за покупки в App Store оформляет Apple на reportaproblem.apple.com.

Как играть?

Выдуйте пузырь в зверька, затем лопните пузырь касанием. Лопайте несколько пузырей сразу — угощения будут больше. Держите прыжок, чтобы скакать по пузырям. На клавиатуре: ← → — идти, ↑ — прыгать, X — пузырь, Esc — пауза.

Можно играть вдвоём?

Да, за одним компьютером: «Играть вдвоём» на главном экране. Первый игрок — ← → ↑ и /, второй — A D W и F.

Есть реклама или подписка?

Нет. Первые два уровня бесплатно, всё остальное приключение — одна покупка.

Музыка слишком громкая или тихая

Настройки → «Музыка» и «Звуки».
